Organizing trade missions
Project: (e.g. Northern Ireland, Estonia) In recent years, KMM has been assisting various international Chambers of Commerce and export institutes by organizing trade missions and matchmaking events in the Netherlands. Under these projects, we have assisted many companies from Northern Ireland and Estonia to identify, approach and meet with local clients and partners in the Netherlands. Several of these companies were first-time exporters and gained their first international clients as a result of our activities.

Dutch-Russian high-tech cooperation
For our client SKF we identified a leading research institute in Moscow in the area of materials science. We have helped both organizations to define a joint R&D project and identified the relevant subsidy for high-tech cooperations between The Netherlands and Russia.
We have prepared all required documents for the subsidy tender and submitted and presented the project to the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. Our efforts resulted in approval of the subsidy for a 3-years project, covering the full project costs.
